resolve_terminal given allowing_busy:allow_busy_flag
Check existance of the terminal opened with do、do_with.
If the therminal does not exist, TermninalComamnder finds a terminal by specified custom title or specified working directory.
Parameters
- allowing_busy (boolean) : If ture is given, found terminal may be busy. In this case, the terminal can't accept commands.
Result
boolean : true if intended terminal is found.
