set_custom_title(a_title)

Set a custom title for new terminal window.

If custom title is set, do and do_with search for a terminal of which title and tty divice are matched with values in the instance.If indended terminal is not found, custom title is used to find a terminal.

In the case without custom title setting, window title follows settings of Terminal.app.
