resolve_terminal given allowing_busy:allow_busy_flag

do、do_with で開いたターミナルウィンドウの存在を確認します。

もし存在しなければ、指定したカスタムタイトルと working directory でターミナルウィンドウを探します。

• allowing_busy (boolean) : If ture is given, found terminal may be busy. In this case, the terminal can't accept commands.

boolean : true if intended terminal is found.
